We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your leather bag, however if there is a problem or a fault, please email photos of the entire product as well as the detail of the fault to sales@rowdybags.co.uk.

Our guarantee only applies to manufacturing defects such as stitching, zippers, faulty fittings and hardware. Our guarantee does not extend to the natural wear of your bag. Stains, cuts and tears are not covered by this gaurantee.
